Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when purchasing from number-a.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of delivery of the product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it for an identically priced item (or online store credit). The product must be returned to us within ten days of issuing the RA number. All products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product. We reserve the right not to accept discretion returns where multiple styles and sizes have been purchased.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Return Process: Follow these simple steps for prompt assistance.

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing store@number-a.com
 Please provide a copy of your order number and confirmation in the email.
  2. Securely package item(s) in the original packaging (including documentation, manuals, registration, etc. Include the packing list in the box.
  3. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package. We highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method for your protection. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  4. Once your return is received and verified, we will ship your exchanged items or issue store credit for the price of the item(s) usually within 15 business days of receipt.
  5. Shipping information will be provided on your RA.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The Number A limited warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized Number A dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from number-a.com or the authorized number A dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, Number A find it to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.  

SCRATCHED LENSES

The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under Number A’s limited warranty policy. Replacement lenses for Number A goggles and sunglasses can be purchased through Number A directly at number-a.com.

WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS

If you desire to return a product for service or warranty consideration, please email store@number-a.com the following:   

  1. Proof of purchase from the retailer or number-a.com  shop.
  2. A photo showing us how it’s broken.
  3. Your address, as a warranty service for non-EU customers is managed by our local dealers and distributors in order to provide the best quality service and support.

Once we receive this information we will review coverage under our warranty and get back to you on the next steps as business permits.

THE OBLIGATIONS OF NUMBER A HEREUNDER ARE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS OF THE PRODUCT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NUMBER A BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIME, WAGES OR LOST PROFITS, OF ANY NATURE OR KIND OR FOR DAMAGES TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY.

In addition, Number A reserves the right to modify, refine, or improve its products and parts including making substitutions, without incurring any responsibility to modify, exchange, replace or repair any parts or products to meet prior specifications. This limited warranty does not cover circumstances beyond Number A’s control. This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse or use with incompatible accessories or attachments.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF NUMBER A WITH REGARD TO NUMBER A PRODUCTS AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE. Specific rights might vary by state or other jurisdiction so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The Limited Warranty set forth herein constitutes the entire warranty and representation of Number A with regard to Number A products. This Limited Warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices which may be executed in connection with the purchase of any Number A products or parts. NO representation or warranty made by any Number A salesperson, dealer, agent, representative or employee shall be binding upon Number A other than as set forth herein.
